Revision and Refund Policy
- If on an occasion where you have paid the amount in full but we are not able to find an expert for you within the stipulated deadline, you are entitled to get a full refund which would be processed with from our end within 1 working day and credited to your account within 5-7 working days. You can also order any other assignment of the same amount which will get you a 5% discount.
- We guarantee on-time delivery of any orders, including content and academic writing. But on rare occasions, if we are unable to keep our promise, you can raise a refund query, and our administration will get back to you to resolve the issue.
- If it has been found that the client has not provided the full information necessary for completing the order which led to the missed deadline, then only a partial refund of 50% will be done.
- If it has been found that the deadline was missed from the expert's end only, you can get a 50-100% refund based on the circumstances which will be transferred to your account immediately after the query is resolved. Some deductions may be made because the writer is paid in full in advance. However, you might avail up to 10% discounts on further orders due to the deductions. You can be assured that we take strict actions against our experts if they fail to deliver tasks on time.
- On rare occasions, if your task fails, you can request a refund by submitting the professor's feedback, grade received, the solution provided and further requirements within 60 days of delivering the task. Our team of experts, Quality Checkers, customer service administrators and researchers will verify the reason for you receiving a fail grade and if it has been found that the shortcomings are on the part of our experts, then you will be entitled to a 50-100% refund based on the assessment.

- Please note that you can only raise a refund request within 60 days of task delivery from our end. Any request after the completion of 60 days will not be entertained in any scenario.
Exceptions
- Refund requests will only be entertained if your shared feedback is original. The research and customer support team will investigate the issue in depth to understand whether your filed refund request is valid. You will be reached in case of any confusion.
- Money-back guarantees will not be entertained if the payment is made in partial.

- Your refund request will not be entertained if it is done after 60 days post-work delivery.
- We will not consider any refund request if the client has not communicated actively with our researchers and customer service providers.
- In case of not receiving adequate and necessary lecture materials (for academic assistance) or adequate resources (for copywriting, content writing, proofreading, and editing), the refund request raised by you will not be valid.
- Refund requests will only be entertained when you reach us via official channels (mail and website login).
Additional Information
- Unlimited revisions refer to three revisions, post which you will be charged. We encourage you to provide all necessary details during the first revision cycle that would help you save time and money.
- If revisions claimed include adding new information related to the topic including a new case study, added word counts, a new application, a new sub topic, additional research questions or objectives and subsequent changes in the original work, you are entitled to pay extra as per the requirement. You might even be charged for a new assignment because adding significant information or making significant changes can be counted as delivering new work.
- For content writing, if the revision claimed includes adding extra word counts, making significant changes to the original work, redirection of the work generated and major revision, you will get charged extra.
- Word Solvo has the right to refuse any revision request which does not comply with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Revision and Refund Policy and Fair Use Policy.
